Excellent cuisine with an upmarket NY atmosphere

   When the door to the lift opens on level 4 in the stylish Establishment building, it's like entering another world. You'd be forgiven for thinking you've walked onto the set of Sex and the City. You're sure to recognise a few faces enjoying their sushi and sashimi in this elegant dining room.

   Head-chef, Nobuyuki Ura started his career in Tokyo at the famous Meguro Gajoen and Suntory, then transferred to Suntory in Sydney in 1989. Since he joined sushi e in 06, Ura has received one hat from the Good Food Guide to bring more glory to this restaurant.

   sushi e offers a fine dining level of Japanese cuisine produced by Ura and his team. One of the new dishes for this winter, Ocean Perch ($36) is something that shouldn’t be missed!
