Art of sushi with an impeccable reputation
Kisuke's owner-chef Yusuke Morita worked at the Restaurant Suntory (one of the most famous fine dining Japanese restaurant groups) after experience in another Japanese restaurant in the 5 star hotel, Hotel Okura in Tokyo and Amsterdam. He was then transferred to Suntory's Sydney restaurant and became head-chef for its final 2 years. He has also worked as head-chef at Shoroku, another Japanese fine dining restaurant in Sydney, before he opened Kisuke in 2012.
